Overview

Architecture and Built Environment covers how the buildings, cities and spaces people live and work in are designed, built and managed. Students learn architectural design, building technology, construction, sustainability, urban planning and project management. They build their skills through design studios, hands-on model making, digital tools such as CAD and BIM, site visits and industry placements.

Malaysia is an inspiring place to study this field. Its cities mix heritage architecture with modern skylines, and its construction and property sectors keep growing. Programmes are available at every level, all taught in English:

Programmes are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
